This is a podcast to discuss spiritual growth and development, expanding your consciousness and spiritual awareness, and how astrological transits + the archetypal energies present in the sky help us unpack our journey of healing and expansion. Geared toward Spiritual Entrepreneurs, those who identify as energetically sensitive, an empath, a healer or diviner, and everyone who is looking to cultivate their intuitive connection more deeply.
In my work, I blend Neuroscience + Mindfulness + Epigenetics + Poly Vagal Theory + Ancient Healing Arts + Divination practices, from a heart-centered approach.
It is my intention this podcast be a supportive energetic healing tool to empower you, wherever you may be, in your spiritual journey. It is often true, especially in the beginning, to feel as if you don't have anyone who speaks your language or to discuss these topics with. My hope is to bridge that gap, and create a sense of community, upliftment, and to share this journey with you.
